A New Forum Empty A New Forum

Post by Sealand on Thu Jan 30, 2014 11:13 pm

Hey guys, I'm working on a new forum. Sorry for the delay in such.

I'm not yet releasing it to the public, but I want to know what're some things you guys would like to see. Specifically with forums and subforums. I'm thinking of a General one, Gaming one, and then Roleplaying one to host our RP information. And as such RP has sort of been moved to Skype, using the Pathfinder system.

But yeah, sorry for the quick message. Just wanted to keep my bases if people are still here.

If you do have ideas, please say here or PM me on the forums/skype.

Those sections sound fine. I don't have any particular requests/ideas/ect, as long as the forums function well we should have no problems.

Personally I think the priority should be a comfortable posting system. Lots of forums make it a hassle to post replies, as long as we don't have that issue we should be fine. Our community is small enough that we don't need a bunch of sections and features.

Oh, actually, one thing. If it isn't difficult to figure out you should make a more functional "recent posts" list. The most usable small forums I've been on have been ones that had an easy to click on "unread posts" button. With a community as small as ours everyone can manageat least clicking on every thread.

I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die.

I feel like a cool thing, since we run pretty much a hundred percent on tabletop, would be a resources section where we'd post character sheet templates, rules, dice rollers, online tabletops, etc. about the systems we use. I could write one up for Press/Turn if anyone wanted to use it for anything in the future.

If I think of any I will post. I have no suggestions as this point though.

Everyone wants a happy ending. But, realistically, that isn't plausible. Some must take the fall for others to find happiness. Others will just suffer regardless of outside machinations.

"Rusk: The kind of man who would "act" like he just stole your baby child's lollipop." -Scope.

Tengard, the master of "Nope let's make the characters as UNHAPPY as possible..."

Nihilum, the evolved form of Rusk. Commonly found in dimensions of sheer awesomeness, this Pokemon takes to flying over noobs after a hearty lunch of enchiladas. Needless to say, a swarm is considered a bad sign in many cultures.
